They envision RWD Agency organising exclusive Meet & Greet events in local retail stores, bringing together press, media, team fans, and JD consumers for a memorable and engaging experience.

Hosting events in retail environments presents unique challenges, but RWD Agency developed a bespoke solution to ensure premium infrastructure, seamless execution, and minimal disruption to store operations. We designed a pop-up set that could be assembled in under 90 minutes and dismantled within 60 minutes, allowing for efficient setup and teardown.

RWD Agency managed the entire process, including design, production, logistics, scheduling, and event delivery. With limited time available with the players, we optimised every moment to achieve key KPIs effectively. Additionally, we handled all permitting, security, staffing, and AV requirements, ensuring smooth execution.

Each event delivered player press opportunities, live Q&A sessions or podcasts, and a complete attendee meet-and-greet experience, creating memorable moments for fans and stakeholders alike.
