The UK basketball scene is niche but inlfuential culturally. Still inspired by trends in the US and the NBA stars, adidas wanted to promote its sponsorship of the NBA and cement its place in the UK as an authentic bbl brand.

The campaign

Baksetball is lifestyle choice in the UK, RWD used its unique knowledge and positioning to organise a celebrtity basketball tournament that fused the sport with some of the biggest media platforms and lifestyle inlfluencer of the time. The teams inlcuded GRM, SBTV , Kiss FM. and the event featured a live music performance from chart topper Wretch 32.
